**Position**:Business Development Associate

**Qualification**:Graduate and above

**Experience**:6 months-3 years (freshers with exceptional communication skills can apply)

**Salary**:Upto 5LPA

**Working Shift**:10PM-7AM (Monday to Saturday)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Get acquainted with the company’s vision and mission, actively working towards achieving set objectives and goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new clients, while effectively managing and maintaining existing ones.
- Gather and organize client information in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies.
- Communicate the curriculum and unique selling points of the product, such as the profiles of our exceptional teachers.
- Meet weekly targets in a competitive, performance-driven environment.
- Be comfortable conducting live video calls with parents to discuss our offerings.

**Must Have**:

- Any Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- Willing to work in US Shift / Night Shift.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Good presentation skills.
- Highly ambitious individuals who rise to the challenge of meeting ambitious targets.
- Immediate joiner

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
