Collaborate with educationalists, institutes, and individuals to identify failed students who require support to achieve academic success.
- Work with failed students to understand their academic challenges and identify suitable courses that align with their academic and career goals.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students on academic and personal matters, including study skills, time management, and goal-setting.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for each student, and monitor their progress towards academic success.
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents/guardians to ensure academic success and support the student's overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, and prepare reports as required.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to keep abreast of new developments in education counseling and best practices.
- Participate in outreach activities to promote the institute's education counseling services and build relationships with educationalists, institutes, and individuals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
