Dr. Sourav Sir's Classes is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educational Counsellor to join our dynamic team. As an Educational Counsellor, you will play a vital role in guiding students and their parents through their educational journey, helping them make informed decisions about their academic futures. Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Guidance:

- Provide personalized counselling to students regarding course selection, career planning, and educational pathways.
- Assist students in understanding their strengths, interests, and academic goals.
- Develop and implement individualized plans for students to achieve their academic and career objectives.

2. Information Dissemination:

- Offer detailed information about various courses, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Keep students and parents updated on new programs, scholarships, and educational opportunities.
- Create informative materials and presentations to aid in the counselling process.

3. Application Support:

- Provide guidance on preparing for entrance exams and interviews.

4. Follow-Up:

- Maintain regular contact with prospective and current students to ensure their academic and emotional well-being.
- Track student progress and provide additional support as needed.
- Conduct follow-up sessions to monitor and discuss students’ progress and address any concerns.

5. Event Coordination:

- Organize and participate in educational fairs, open houses, and information sessions.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to promote the institute and its offerings.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute events that engage and inform the community.

6. Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counselling sessions.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and improve student services.
- Utilize and manage student information systems to track counselling activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient approach to counselling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with educational software is a plus but not necessary.
- Experience in educational counselling or a similar role is advantageous.

Pay: ₹8,093.53 - ₹35,597.19 per month
