Looking for Education Counsellors to work at Kolkata.

**JOB Description**
- Counselling students for MBA/PGDM.
- Must be good in follow-ups.
- Generating walk-ins.
- Working on walking conversions.
- Responsible for student applicant conversions.
- Updating everyday work in the CRM.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Team lead in the past would be an added advantageFair and pleasant personality
- Should be sales oriented.
- Should be highly motivated and result-orientated towards the work.
- Interact with leads for the purpose of converting leads into confirmed admission
- Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the department head
- Achieving the weekly targets in a high
- pressure performance driven competitive environment
- To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the students and parents.

**Qualification**

Minimum graduation degree in any discipline

Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in academic counseling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
