**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand learners’ educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and recommend suitable training programs.
- Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate and compelling course details.
- Follow up on inquiries, maintain lead status reports, and ensure CRM updates.
- Organize and participate in webinars, orientation sessions, and info seminars.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with enrolled students for feedback and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to stay updated on course offerings, schedules, and benefits.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and listening skills.
- Ability to understand and empathize with student needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge or interest in IT and professional training domains is a plus.
- Target-driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Marketing/Psychology preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or educational services.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for training can also apply.
