**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the event management industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, individuals, and agencies.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored event solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry trade show

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in event management, hospitality, or related fields.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation skills and ability to close deals.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and securing business.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
