**Job Title: Event ExecutiveJob Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and creative Event Executive to join our team. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception through to completion. The role involves managing logistics, working closely with clients and vendors, and ensuring every event meets high standards and exceeds expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute corporate, social, promotional, and internal events.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and requirements.
- Research venues, suppliers, and contractors, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Prepare detailed event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and run-of-show documents.
- Manage event logistics, including catering, transportation, accommodation, signage, equipment, and staffing.
- Oversee on-site event operations and handle any issues or last-minute changes.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
- Work with marketing teams to promote events, including digital campaigns, invitations, and social media engagement.
- Analyze post-event feedback and prepare reports to assess success and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination (entry-level roles may accept internships or relevant project experience).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as required by events.
