
Event Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
As an Event Sales and Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the smooth execution of events. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, coordinating event logistics, and optimizing operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your ability to balance sales acumen with operational expertise will be critical to your success in this multifaceted role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach within the event industry.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and quotes in response to client inquiries, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, staffing, and scheduling.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to secure necessary services, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Streamline operational processes and workflows to optimize resource allocation, minimize costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure that all equipment and services meet or exceed company standards and client expectations.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor sales metrics, event KPIs, and customer feedback to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with sales team members, event coordinators, and other stakeholders to align goals, share best practices, and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the events industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
