Company Overview At Nexus Jobs we specialize in empowering talent staffing services and offer a comprehensive range of manpower services throughout India Our expertise extends to providing immediate placement services part-time and full-time jobs and career opportunities for both freshers and experienced professionals Based in Jaipur and with a dedicated team we strive to meet the specific requirements of our clients in the Human Resources industry Learn more about us at Job Overview We seek a highly organized and proactive Event Manager to join our team in Jaipur This full-time junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience As an Event Manager you will play a critical role in planning and executing events that align with our corporate goals and enhance client satisfaction Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients vendors and internal stakeholders Mandatory skill Proven project management skills to coordinate and oversee various stages of event planning and execution Mandatory skill Ability to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the event process Mandatory skill Experience in event planning including logistics and attendee management to deliver seamless events Strong vendor management skills for selecting and negotiating with vendors for event-related services and products Proficient in negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions with vendors and sponsors alike Aptitude in sponsorship acquisition to identify and secure partnerships that enhance event success Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under pressure Roles and Responsibilities Develop plan and execute corporate and industrial events that align with organizational objectives and client requirements Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services for events Manage event budgets and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and engage the target audience effectively Oversee logistics including venue selection equipment setup and tear-down processes to ensure smooth event flow Maintain client relationships throughout the event planning process to deliver a high level of satisfaction Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise before during or after events promptly and efficiently Prepare post-event reports that evaluate successes and improvement areas to enhance future event planning
