**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the dispatch team and delivery drivers.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor vehicle tracking systems and ensure efficient route planning.
- Resolve delivery or transportation issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and delivery documentation.
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and comply with safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other departments to coordinate logistics.
- Monitor KPIs and generate reports to evaluate dispatch performance.
- Train and develop dispatch staff to improve performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations (e.g., DOT, OSHA).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics management.
- Proven experience in supervising teams and coordinating large-scale transportation or delivery operations.
- Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
