**About us**:
**About the role**:
EMD executives should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of laws and policies related to Debt and EMD Collection.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Managing accounts**: Overseeing all collections and EMD, and monitoring accounts for overdue payments
- **Negotiating payment schedules**: Contacting clients to inform them EMD and negotiating payment plans
- **Addressing customer queries**: Responding to customer queries, and handling objections and rebuttals
- **Building client relationships**: Building trust and credibility with clients, and understanding their needs
- **Investigating and solving problems**: Investigating and solving customer problems, and consulting with clients on billing and credit issues
- **Updating account status**: Reconciling customer accounts, and updating customer account status
- **Maintaining records**: Maintaining electronic records and hard copies of all payment plans, amounts paid, and EMD related communications
- Fluency with all three languages such as : Hindi, Gujarati and English
- Negotiation Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and Sales software programs.
- 3-4 years of Experience required in the same or relatable field
