**Position: Tendering Manager**
**Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad**
**Type: Full-Time**
**Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:
- **GEM Tender Search & Bid Preparation**: Develop and submit technical and price bids.
- **E-tendering/E-Bidding/Reverse Auctions/Live Auctions**: Oversee and manage these processes efficiently.
- **Documentation**: Prepare all tender documents in the formats specified in the NIT and ensure timely submission.
- **Coordination**: Work with relevant departments to procure required documentation during the tender process.
- **Daily Reporting**: Track and report the bidding status, both online and offline.
- **Data Management**: Prepare datasheets and maintain accurate, updated records regularly.
- **Vendor Interaction**: Follow up with vendors, OEMs, departments, and clients.
- **MIS Reporting**: Prepare comprehensive MIS reports and competitive bidder comparison sheets.
- **EMD Management**: Coordinate with the accounts department for EMD and tender fee collection.
- **Vendor Registration**: Complete and oversee vendor registration processes.
- **Client Meetings**: Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings with clients to ensure successful communication and outcomes.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain and build strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
- **Sales Support**: Provide backend support to the sales department.
- **Tender Tracking**: Monitor the status of tenders and offers consistently.
- **Document Control**: Ensure all documentation is accurate and well-organized.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- **Portal Expertise**: Hands-on experience with portals like GEM, E-procurement, nProcure, and IREPS.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Client Management**: Strong client handling and relationship management capabilities.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to navigate challenges and find efficient solutions during the tendering process.
- **Reporting**: Skilled in preparing and presenting MIS reports and maintaining accurate records.
