Job Title: Client Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify potential clients in the transport industry through various channels.
- Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements.
- Present transportation solutions and value proposition to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market insights.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in transport/logistics.
- Strong understanding of transport operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
