Sales Realationship Officer

Job Summary:
The Sales Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with dental professionals and key stakeholders in the industry. The role includes coordinating with the sales team and managers, managing the CRM system, conducting data analysis in Excel, and preparing presentations. The Sales Relationship Officer will work closely with all departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team and managers to align sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
- CRM Management: Oversee the sales team's CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis in Excel to track sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Presentation Preparation: Create and deliver presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders to support sales initiatives and communication.
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, including progress toward targets, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with all departments, including marketing, product development, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Training: Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and distributors to enhance product knowledge and usage.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.

- Proficiency in managing CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Languages: Proficiency in English
