**Job Summary**:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, or residents, managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This role involves handling phone calls, greeting guests, maintaining records, and supporting basic administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, residents, or clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide accurate information about the organization, services, or premises.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, or facility teams as needed.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and visitors/residents.
- Manage bookings for meeting rooms or amenities (if applicable).

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment (printer, phone system).
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Punctual and dependable.
