**Job Title**:Executive Assistant
**Location**:Baner, Pune
**Employment Type**:Full-time
**Compensation**:Based on experience
**Working Hours**:Night Shift aligning with U.S. hours (7 pm - 4 am)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Follow up on tasks and action items to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with internal and external communications and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks as required.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting upper management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Quick learner with an interest in understanding the signage business.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
