What you will do:

- Tracking customer experiences across channels, devices, and touchpoints.
- Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases.
- Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
- Upselling and reselling products and services.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0.5 -2 years of experience
- Previous background in Hotel Management/crew/customer care/BPO will be a plus point
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centered approach.
- Fluency in Tamil or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Convincing Skills

Job Location: Bangalore

Date of joining: Immediate Joiners preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
