**Job Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented **Sales Executive** to drive business growth and customer engagement in Pune. The role involves generating and managing sales enquiries, developing client relationships, and contributing to KURO’s market expansion through innovative strategies. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and a customer-centric approach to achieve profitability and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Operations & Profitability
- Generate and manage sales enquiries, including RFQ and data collection from customers.
- Prepare technical concepts and techno-commercial offers, securing customer approvals.
- Negotiate and finalize orders, conduct kick-off meetings, and manage budgeting and order processing.
- Organize Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and ensure timely payments through proactive follow-ups.
- Respond promptly to service calls, ensuring effective resolution and order buyoff with project teams.

2. Business Development
- Increase market share through targeted sales efforts and strategic planning.
- Establish and track sales goals, reviewing daily reports and project outcomes with the team.
- Conduct senior-level customer visits to generate new enquiries and business opportunities.
- Propose innovative product ideas to enhance KURO’s product portfolio.
- Perform monthly business reviews, identify weak areas, and forecast revenue streams accurately.
- Organize roadshows and events to promote products and analyze competitive landscapes.

3. Customer Relations
- Build customer-centric relationships through personalized, courteous service.
- Focus on customer preferences, handle complaints promptly, and foster brand loyalty.
- Reward loyal customers to strengthen partnerships and promote outstanding service.

4. Reporting
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and provide regular updates to the Business Head.

- Product knowledge in PLC, HMI, Servo, SCADA, Robots, EMS, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

**Education**:

- B.E. (Electrical, Instrumentation, or E&TC) with 1-2 years of experience.
- Diploma (Electrical, Instrumentation, or E&TC) with 1-2 years of experience.
- MBA with 1-2 years of experience.

**Skills**:

- Proven sales experience in industrial automation or related fields.
- Strong command of English and professional presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
