**Postion**:Telesales Executive

**Location**:Wagholi, Pune.
**Experience**: 6 Months, (Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome)

**Salary**: 12,000 to 20,000 Per Month + Incentives.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products/services to potential clients.

Convert leads into successful sales by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and campaigns.

Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to junior sales team members.

Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize processes and improve performance.

Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Languages**:Hindi And Marathi
- **Education**:Any Graduate Or Diploma
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**:Empathetic, good listener, and proactive in solving problems.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
