**Job Title**: Client Servicing Executive

**Location**: Gurugram
**Experience**: 3 Years
**Salary Range**: 30,000 -45,000

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Design, Production, etc.) to execute client deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of services or products as per agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular check-ins, meetings, and feedback sessions.
- Resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of new strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and communications.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success (catering background preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable with CRM tools and client tracking software.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling hospitality or F&B clients.
- Multilingual abilities (if applicable to your client base).
- Creative and analytical mindset.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.

**Work Environment**:

- 6-day working schedule
- On-ground visits or client meetings as needed
- Fast-paced, collaborative, client-facing role
