**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- **Project Coordination**: Manage and coordinate client projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- **Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Communicate client requirements effectively to internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address client concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring any issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
- **Client Onboarding**: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with our services.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress, performance metrics, and any relevant insights or recommendations.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
- **Feedback Management**: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to implement improvements and ensure continuous client satisfaction.
- **Contract Management**: Assist in managing client contracts, including renewals, amendments, and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
