**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai

**Type**: Work From Office (WFO)

**Overview**:
As a CS professional at StepOne, you'll contribute to planning, executing, and coordinating events to showcase our brand, products, and thought leadership. You'll play a key role in event management, developing marketing strategies, creating materials, and supporting day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client accounts by maintaining regular communication, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate the execution of outdoor campaigns, including event planning, logistics coordination, and on-site support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts, proposals, and strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identity.
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and progress reports to track campaign performance and deliverables.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform campaign strategies.
- Develop and deliver client presentations, showcasing campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
- Handle tasks related to client contracts, agreements, and invoicing processes with accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the client servicing and operations department.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools quickly
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for experiential marketing and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experienced & freshers both are welcomed
