Tender Filtration from the Tender Portals &Searching Sites
Documentation
Identify tenders through various Portal/websites like Sniper & Govt. site (E procure (Central Public Procurement Portal), nprocure, IOCL
E-tender portal, Tender Wizard, E-procurement State sites & other relevant sites).
Coordinate with internal departments for Power of Attorney, Tender fees and EMD
(BG/FDR/DD/RTGS etc.) and presentation for the new tender.
Coordinate with External departments for Pre-Bid meetings, arranging govt. passes for meetings, and presentations for under-process tender.
Attend Pre-bid, Post bid & price bid opening if required
Prepare Rate comparison Sheet with Competitor for financial bid
Follow up on the tender status online as well offline with the concerned department.
Analyze Competitor's Proposal and Preparing Competitor Analysis Report of Bid.
Prepare Presentation for tender if required.
Prepare Detail Project Report (DPR), Expression of Interest (EOI), and Request for Proposal
(RFP) with the help of Business Development.

Experience on GeM (Government E-Marketplace) Portal like Seller/reseller registration, Catalogue/Product Management, Bid Participation, RA Participation, Invoice Generation, Order Process & Payment management.

Searching tenders online from different GEM, IREPS, online Government/PSUs portals as well as offline also

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
