**Responsibilities**:

- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. **Researching prospects and generating leads.**:

- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records, carry sales visits and acquire new customers
- Give a brief about the product, Loan, features and benefits to the customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Achieve or exceed sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Preferable experience in loan sales, Credit sales, field sales
- Excellent Communication Skills in Hindi, English
- Good convincing and understanding ability
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
