Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and experienced Manager - Enrollment Services to oversee and manage the schools student enrollment and admission processes. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of admissions, fostering positive relationships with prospective students and their families, and maintaining efficient enrollment systems. The Manager will work closely with the Admissions team, academic departments, and administration to ensure all processes align with the schools mission and values.Key Responsibilities:

- Admissions Coordination: Work with the Admissions team to coordinate and facilitate the admissions process, ensuring all deadlines and policies are met.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing them with information regarding the school’s programs, curriculum, fees, and admission requirements.
- Student and Parent Engagement: Organize and lead school tours, open house events, and information sessions to provide prospective families with an introduction to the school’s ethos and educational offerings.
- Admissions Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse student body and increase enrollment.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials, brochures, and the school’s website reflect current admission policies and requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for the school’s leadership team, tracking enrollment numbers, trends, and other key performance indicators.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure that all enrollment activities are in line with the school’s policies, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise during the enrollment process, working with families to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree in Education or Management is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in school enrollment, admissions, or related roles. Prior experience in a managerial role is highly preferred.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively.
- Knowledge of student enrollment software and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
