1. **Student Engagement and Support**:

- **First Point of Contact**: Greet and assist walk-in students and parents, providing initial information about services.
- **Information Sessions**: Conduct information sessions about test prep, career counseling, and education abroad services.
- **Personalized Assistance**: Offer personalized support to students, helping them understand and select the services that best meet their needs.

2. **Test Preparation Coordination**:

- **Course Scheduling**: Organize and manage schedules for test prep courses (SAT, ACT, GRE, etc.).
- **Student Enrollment**: Assist students with enrolling in test prep courses and managing their course schedules.
- **Progress Tracking**: Monitor and report on students’ progress in test prep courses, ensuring they are on track to meet their goals.

3. **Career Counseling Support**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Schedule appointments for career counseling sessions with expert counselors.
- **Resource Provision**: Provide students with relevant career assessment tools and resources.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up with students after career counseling sessions to track their progress and provide additional support.

4. **Education Abroad Counseling Assistance**:

- **Consultation Coordination**: Schedule consultations for students seeking education abroad counseling.

5. **Account Management**:

- **Fee Management**: Explain fee structures and payment plans to students and parents.
- **Billing and Invoicing**: Prepare and send invoices, manage fee collection, and handle any billing inquiries.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student accounts, payments, and outstanding balances.

6. **Communication and Coordination**:

- **Liaison Role**: Act as a liaison between students, parents, tutors, and counselors to ensure clear communication and address any concerns.
- **Event Coordination**: Help organize and participate in recruitment events, open houses, and informational sessions.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and attract new students.

7. **Customer Service**:

- **Feedback Collection**: Collect feedback from students and parents to improve services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by students and parents promptly and professionally.

8. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- **Data Management**: Track and analyze student enrollment data, progress reports, and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Regular Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on student engagement, service utilization, and account status to management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
