**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our debt management services.
- Assist clients in understanding the debt management process and available options.
- Work with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for enrollment in debt management process.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies when interacting with clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong empathy and ability to remain calm and supportive when dealing with clients experiencing financial stress.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data security
- Should be able to speak English, Hindi and Marathi.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
