**Position: Sales Executive - Apartment Advisory (2 Positions)**
**Location**: Bangalore
**Experience**: 1-2 Years in Real Estate Channel Sales
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000/month + Attractive Incentives
**Reporting To**: Apartment Sales Team Lead
✨ **Role Overview**
As a **Sales Executive** in the Apartment Advisory team, you will be responsible for handling walk-in and digital leads, coordinating site visits, and converting prospects into customers across economy and luxury apartment projects. Your job is to assist clients throughout the buying process with trust, knowledge, and a client-first approach.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage assigned leads from inbound channels, referrals, digital campaigns, and developer sources.
- Engage with buyers to understand their preferences, budget, location priorities, and project expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits across multiple builder locations and ensure timely follow-up.
- Present accurate project details, including pricing, amenities, possession dates, approvals, and builder track record.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of builder offers, project inventory, and unit availability.
- Track daily activities using the company’s CRM and report lead stage movement regularly.
- Support the team in backend documentation for booking, builder payments, and client KYC.
- Actively seek client feedback and contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and project recommendations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in real estate channel sales (apartment segment preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.).
- Confidence in handling builder walk-ins, site presentations, and project pitches.
- Must be willing to travel for site visits within city limits (2-wheeler preferred).
- Target-oriented mindset and excellent follow-up discipline.
