Role Overview We are seeking a driven and field-ready Sales Executive to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth for the Hyderabad market. This role requires strong regional communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to execute in both on-ground and digital sales environments. Key Responsibilities - Generate or manage qualified leads and convert prospects into customers for interior design and turnkey solutions - Conduct site visits, client meetings, and on-ground presentations when required - Manage the complete sales lifecycle from first contact to deal closure - Understand customer requirements and coordinate with design and execution teams - Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data - Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local referral networks - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management Mandatory Requirements - Fluency in Telugu is mandatory - Willingness to travel for field visits across Hyderabad - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Result-oriented mindset with high ownership - Ability to work in fast-paced, startup-driven environments Preferred Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate, interiors, home improvement, or related field sales - Strong understanding of consultative selling - Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting tools What We Offer - Competitive compensation up to ₹7.5 Lakh CTC - High-growth startup environment with leadership exposure - Performance-linked incentives - Structured career progression - Opportunity to be part of a fast-scaling PropTech and interior solutions company
