Little Joys is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child’s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven Outreach Manager who will excel in acquiring new affiliate and creator partnerships. This role is crucial for expanding our brand's reach and influence through strategic partnerships and optimised outreach efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Partnership Acquisition**:
- Identify and close potential affiliate and creator partnerships to expand the brand's presence and influence.
- Leverage existing networks and cultivate new connections to enhance the brand’s affiliate portfolio.
2. **Funnel Optimisation**:
- Analyse and optimise the outreach funnel to improve conversion rates.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance partner engagement and acquisition processes.
3. **Partner Onboarding**:
- Facilitate a smooth and effective onboarding process for new partners.
- Ensure partners are well-informed and equipped to promote the brand successfully.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated interest or experience in sales and business development.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- A strong passion for sales and people management.
- A love for numbers and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
