Social Media Marketing Intern

**Role Overview**
As a **Social Media Executive/Manager**, you will be responsible for building and scaling our digital presence. From creating engaging content to driving conversations, you’ll own our brand voice online and ensure that our community keeps growing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Strategy & Creation**:
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Ideate and create engaging Reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with design/creative teams, photographers, and influencers for content.
- **Community Engagement**:
- Build an active, engaged community on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Respond to queries, comments, and DMs in brand voice.
- Identify trending topics, memes, and conversations relevant to the brand.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Drive social media campaigns for launches, collaborations, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign amplification.
- Manage influencer outreach and partnerships.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track social media KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions.
- Share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize content performance through A/B testing and trend analysis.
- **Growth & Innovation**:
- Experiment with new formats, platforms, and creative trends.
- Suggest and execute viral content ideas that align with the brand ethos.
- Support paid media team with organic + paid synergy.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,452.75 per month
