**Role as Sales & Marketing Manager**

Job description and responsibilities
- **Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.**:

- **Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.**:

- **Managing resources, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the company's revenues.**:

- **Maintaining continuous contact with the people involved in the decision-making regarding security contracts.**:

- **Acquiring Clients Internally for increasing revenues for the company**:

- **Strengthening and maintaining relationships with High Net Worth clients by offering prioritized servicing.**:

- **Error-free execution, resolving queries and providing solutions in a timely manner, managing risk.**:

- **Identifying clients’ potential and offering services accordingly to maximize business income.**:

- **Getting aware of the security management of other agencies and put strategies into execution.**

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in facility management service in a Security services agency.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with all organizational levels as well as with external partners and vendors
- The competence to create reports and presentations, and to offer recommendations, cost-benefit evaluations, and alternative solutions for a Security services company.
- Proven negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior management of a Facility Management Service

**Responsibilities**
- Building relationships with clients
- Define and execute the marketing strategy and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- New marketing ideas with excellent success rate
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Flexible meetings with internal team and client
- Will be responsible to create brand awareness in the respective markets
- Generate regional business support information which includes monitoring key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making

**About you**
- Have a sales & marketing background
- Experience in a similar position
- Ability to work with data and interpret data and prepare meaningful reports to management of the business
- Strong interpersonal skills and Quick Learner
- Ability to understand client's needs and must be strong in client acquisition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
