**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees courteously and ensure proper visitor management.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain employee attendance registers and visitor logs.
- Assist in organizing company events and internal meetings when required.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration or Hospitality).
- 1-3 years of experience in Front Office or Administrative roles (Corporate background preferred).
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
