- Listen to customer concerns and provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
- Explain repair processes, service recommendations, and cost estimates clearly.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal use of technician time and resources.
- Create detailed work orders and communicate customer needs and vehicle issues to technicians.
- Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle and inform them of any changes or additional work required.
- Provide accurate and timely repair and maintenance estimates based on customer input and technician assessments.
- Review and explain the breakdown of costs to customers, including labor, parts, and additional services.
- Ensure that all service work meets the dealership’s quality standards and customer expectations.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to service quality or vehicle performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service work performed.
- Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process service-related payments.
- Work closely with technicians to address any technical issues or additional service needs.
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of required parts and components.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Promote dealership services and special offers to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
