Service Advisor

**Location**: Bopal, Ahmedabad
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused **Service Advisor** to join our Mahindra Cars Workshop in Bopal, Ahmedabad. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Explain service options, costs, and timelines to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Prepare job cards detailing the service requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure all requested tasks are completed.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services or repairs based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably in a Mahindra workshop.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proficiency in using service management software and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
