An automobile body shop advisor, also known as a service advisor, is responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- **Customer communication**: Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle, repair needs, and costs
- **Scheduling**: Scheduling appointments and managing repair timelines
- **Estimates**: Preparing accurate cost estimates for repairs and body work
- **Customer satisfaction**: Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up after services are completed
- **Record keeping**: Keeping records of repair orders, invoices, and customer interactions
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with customers and technicians to facilitate vehicle repairs
- **Billing**: Managing billing for body shop services
- **Quality control**: Implementing a quality control process to eliminate comebacks
- **Documentation**: Fully documenting customer vehicle concerns and communicating them to the technician
- **Parts**: Ordering parts and processing supplier invoices

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
