Our team is growing, and we are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-friendly individual to join us as a **Customer Care Officer**.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for customer support
- Maintain customer records and service logs
- Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction
- Assist in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) reminders and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
