**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Recruitment & Management of DSA**:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to expand sales outreach.
- Train, mentor, and support DSAs to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.

**2.Sales Target Achievement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of the medical e-learning platform through DSAs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the team.

**3.Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and other partners to ensure smooth communication and long-term partnerships.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Strong ability to **recruit, manage, and develop** DSAs or similar sales roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with the Bangalore market and a robust local network is a must.
