**We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Program counsellor to join our team.**In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. As a Remote Program Executive, you will leverage your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively present our products/services and close deals remotely.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Expectations from a Program Co-Ordinator at Catalyze -**:

- Complete understanding on the various curriculum and programmer offered in Catalyze with a focus on personalization and the learner.
- Contact the leads, based on the requirement of the client, work on the specification (course structure/ daily/weekly/ yearly plan, proposal) and allocation of tutors based on time, date and availability.
- Use company specific sales media, client testimonials, tutor profiles, newsletters etc., to add value proposition in the customer’s mind
- Responsible for the sales targets and goals and work proactively to achieve the same.
- Strong Analytical skills and Excellent time management skills.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients and closing the contract.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Applicants are required to have their own computers and with good internet connection
- Good at handling online tools
- Loves to follow Processes
- Dedicated and Passionate and can work /handle under pressure.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A graduate degree or Post graduate degree, with background of Math, Accountancy and Computer Science. Must be adaptable with technology, possess good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Must possess a laptop, power back up and a high speed internet connection. Must be willing to work on flexible hours.
