
Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence. Manage electronic filing systems to ensure all documents are stored securely and can be retrieved efficiently.
Updating Pipedrive CRM.
Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients. Schedule and confirm appointments, answer phone calls, and relay messages to appropriate parties.
Calendar Management: Maintain attorneys’ calendars by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, depositions, and travel.
Billing and Accounting Support: Assist with the preparation of billing statements and expense reports. Support the accounting department with data entry and other tasks as needed.
General Office Duties: Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office is stocked and organized.
**Requirements**:
Education and Experience: High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred. Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a law firm or legal department.
**Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Attributes: Professional demeanor, proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: Up to ₹30,376.44 per month
