The Community You Will Join:
Sales interns form part of the sales team. They may assist the manager and senior staff by
performing administrative and entry-level duties while they gain experience. Sales interns
client relationships, among other tasks.
We at YOLO are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales intern to join our excellent
sales team. The sales intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include
generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales
department wherever possible. You should be able to take instruction, but also work
unsupervised when required.
YOUR DAILY TASKS / JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to
clients and staff.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
- Updating documents and sales records.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Assisting managers with negotiations.
- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other
stakeholders.
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated
tasks
YOUR EXPERTISE:
- High-speed, high-growth environment; BA/BS in a related field; MA/MBA is a plus.
- Managing local as well as global stakeholder across levels and functions
- Working in global capability center will be a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced ambiguous environment
- Ability to operate with a strong business mindset and understanding of business needs.
- Strong analytical skills and uses data to influence strategic decisions at the executive level.
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others
- Proven ability to think creatively, participate fully and work collaboratively to develop
andexecute programs. Ability to work in and navigate a matrixed environment
- Comfortable with open communication and respectfully giving and receiving honest,
constructive feedback
- Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers, and
employees
- Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role - no job too bigor
too small
- Unquestioned integrity and a confident presence to effectively resolve sensitive issues
- A sense of humor and passion for YOLO are essential - we are excited to work here, and
youshould be too

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
