**Tech Mahindra is hiring for international voice process and Internation sales (US & UK)** Responsibilities and Duties - Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages. - Resolving customer queries and requests,_ **inside sales, international outbound sales, international inbound voice.**_ - Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. - Document customer interactions for review and follow-up. - Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries. - Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service. - Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company. Job Brief - Handle customers problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors. - Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. - Regularly update customer database with accurate information. Qualification and Experience - No Technical Graduates (Diploma/BE/B.Tech/BCA) - 6Mths to 2 years of experience into Customer Call handling with Excellent Communication Skills. - Work location is Hinjewadi phase 3, pune & Yerwada, pune. Shift and Allowances - 5 Days working, 2 days rotational week off. - 9.5 Hours shift. - Both side cab service if address is covered in our transport boundary. Note* while sharing the CV on mail title should be "Internation customer support or international sales". **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Night shift - Rotational shift - UK shift - Weekend only **Language**: - English (required) **Location**: - Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra (required) Shift availability: - Night Shift (required) - Day Shift (preferred) Willingness to travel: - 25% (preferred) Work Location: In person
