**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or equivalent technical discipline plus

10+ years’ experience in AEC industry.

**KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- A thorough understanding of the data, information management, BIM agendas and the ISO 19650 standards and documents for implementation in engineering.
- Sound knowledge in MEP Building systems to assist engineering team in space planning, Intra/Inter disciplinary services coordination, finding constructability risks etc.,
- Expert knowledge of BIM authoring tools such as Revit, AutoCAD etc in delivery of multi-disciplinary projects
- Expert knowledge of BIM federation and co-ordination platforms such as Navisworks.

**JOB DUTIES**
- Scope limited to monitoring Contractor’s LOD 400 - 500 BIM model compliance.
- Monitoring 4D (Time/Planning) & 5D (Cost) BIM deliverable as per baseline program.
- Reviewing and approving live BEP (BIM Execution Plans) as per Aldar’s SOW for ASGC.
- Chair/Attend BIM design progress or coordination meetings
- Maintain and review all BIM correspondences relating to assigned project(s) in line with SOW.
- Responsibility of monitoring Contractor’s As-Built BIM models development and validation
- Work closely with Engineering Consultants, Architecture, Façade ID and landscape consultants

to coordinate the complete projects with all parties involved in it.
- Asist project’s technical team by regularly sharing the clash report with relevant Model, to ensure

timely drawing review procedure
- Reviewing Contractor’s BIM Model development as per Aldar’s facility management BIM

requirement.
- CDE (Common Data Environment) management/monitoring.
- Liase with external stakeholder’s BIM team
- Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to Client’s BIM standards
- Resolve disputes and performance deficiencies and notify the technical team.
- Provide feedback during performance evaluation for assigned resources
- Maintain and review all BIM correspondences relating to assigned project(s).
- Work with the appointing parties to understand the Project's: Information Requirements; Delivery Milestones; Information Standards; Production methods and procedures; reference information and shared resources; Information Management protocol.
- Perform Inter-disciplinary co-ordination on a regular basis on project models
- Provide detailed advice and support to ensure that project delivery is in compliance with the BIM Execution plan and client requirements.
