Oureng Studio Pvt. Ltd. is a growing BIM and engineering solutions provider with expertise in delivering high-quality BIM coordination and project support. We are seeking a talented BIM Coordinator (Mechanical) to join our dynamic team and contribute to complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Mechanical BIM models across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure clash detection and resolution using BIM tools.
- Review, update, and manage project models as per standards.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Support project documentation and maintain BIM execution plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Coordinator (Mechanical).
- Strong expertise in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of industry standards (LOD, ISO, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
