Oureng Studio Pvt. Ltd. is a growing BIM and engineering solutions provider with expertise in delivering high-quality BIM coordination and project support. We are seeking a talented BIM Coordinator (Mechanical) to join our dynamic team and contribute to complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Mechanical BIM models across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensure clash detection and resolution using BIM tools.
  • Review, update, and manage project models as per standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Support project documentation and maintain BIM execution plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Coordinator (Mechanical).
  • Strong expertise in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
  • Knowledge of industry standards (LOD, ISO, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
