Hi,

Radcube (Group of company with Skilldemand) is hiring for UI UX Designer.

Location: Cybergate Way _ Hitech City (Work from office)

Shift :3 PM IST to 12AM IST

Here is the JD for your read reference.

As a UI/UX Designer at RADcube, you will:

- **Design & Prototype** user-friendly web and mobile interfaces that align with RADcube’s digital strategy.
- **Conduct UX Research** (user interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis) to improve product usability and accessibility.
- **Develop Wireframes & High-Fidelity Designs** using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- **Ensure a Seamless UX Flow** by mapping out user journeys, identifying pain points, and improving workflows.
- **Collaborate Cross-Functionally** with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders for a cohesive user experience.
- **Implement Design Systems & UI Guidelines** to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- **Use Analytics & User Feedback** to iterate on design decisions and optimize interfaces.
- **Stay Ahead of Trends** in UX/UI, accessibility, and emerging technologies.

**What We’re Looking For**

UI/UX design experience with a **strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects**.
Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch**, and other design tools.
**User research experience** (conducting usability tests, A/B testing, surveys, personas).
**Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)** and inclusive design practices.
Understanding of **interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion graphics** (a plus).
Familiarity with **design systems, responsive design, typography, color theory, and UX writing**.
Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, front-end concepts** (preferred, not mandatory).
Ability to **articulate design choices** clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
