**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma to demonstrate functionality and interactions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide assets and specifications for implementation.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emerging trends in UI/UX design.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and address concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a marketing or digital agency.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar softwares.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished products.
