We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Page Designer with a proven track record of 5 years to join our dynamic team. You will be a key contributor in shaping the user experience for our web and mobile platforms, leading design initiatives and mentoring junior designers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process for key pages and features, from initial concept to final implementation. This role demands a deep understanding of user-cantered design principles, a strong portfolio demonstrating complex projects, and the ability to lead and inspire others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design process for complex web and mobile pages and features, from user research and ideation to prototyping and visual design.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, user needs, and business objectives.
- Conduct and analyse user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that effectively communicate design intent and user interaction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
- Present design concepts and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and user-centered solutions.
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
- Contribute to the overall UX strategy and vision, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile design projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Extensive experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
