**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic **Client Communication Associate (Female)** to reach out to potential customers from our curated list of travelers. Your primary task will be to understand their travel needs, engage them with empathy and confidence, and update our internal sales team with the leads and insights you gather.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential travelers from the provided database.
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and note their travel requirements (destination, budget, travel dates, etc.).
- Build rapport and confidently answer basic queries about our travel services.
- Forward lead information and travel insights to the sales and operations team in a clear and timely manner.
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions using the given format or CRM.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Excellent verbal and written English communication skills** is a **must**.
- Strong convincing power and confidence while speaking on phone calls.
- Pleasant and enthusiastic voice tone.
- Ability to understand customer intent and initiate a meaningful conversation.
