**Job Description**:
As a Sales Associate at Perpetual Reality Fair Pvt. Ltd., you will be integral in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. You will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their real estate journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Property Listings: Assist in creating and managing property listings, including preparing marketing materials and coordinating property showings.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on local real estate trends, property values, and competitive offerings through market research.
- Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, aiming for favorable outcomes and adherence to regulations.
- Administrative Duties: Handle paperwork and documentation for real estate transactions, including contracts and agreements.
- Networking: Engage in community events and industry networking to expand professional connections and generate new leads.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Licensing: A real estate license is required. If not already obtained, assistance with acquiring it may be provided.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
