**Job Summary**:As a Client Support Executive at OnlineLR, you will be an integral part of our client support team, responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and assistance. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and support to clients.
- **Client Training**: Assist clients in understanding and utilizing our products/services, providing training and guidance as needed.
- **Client Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive first impression.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and report trends to the management team.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- **Client Retention**: Proactively engage with clients to strengthen their loyalty and promote upselling or cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
